An economical solution for smaller stores


A scaled down version of our popular PharmaClik POS system, PharmaClik POS Lite is an economical solution for smaller pharmacies and/or stores wanting better cash and customer management tools without the need for full inventory control. We also provide two days of on-site or classroom training and two support days when the equipment is installed with our certified training specialist so that you and your staff are comfortable using POS. 

 

Designed with the smaller clinic pharmacy in mind, PharmaClik POS Lite is an easy to use and affordable introduction to PharmaClik POS. PharmaClik POS Lite offers an easy upgrade path to our full-features Point of Sale solution, PharmaClik POS, as well as the following cash and customer management features:

 

Product and Pricing Management

 

  • Product Manager – this application allows you to easily maintain your store's product and price file. We will provide you with a product file to get you started, or if you would rather not maintain an item file, you may simply sell items by department.

  • Promo Manager – used to create in-store promotional events

  • Signs and Labels – used to create product shelf labels, eliminating the need to individually price products.

 

Customer Relationship Management

 

  • Accounts Receivable – allows you to send monthly statements and manage receivables effectively, and allows your customers to charge and make payments from the till.

  • Customer Loyalty – implement an in-store loyalty points program to reward your  customers and encourage repeat business.

  • Gift With Purchase – further reward your loyal customers with free gifts, discounts or bonus loyalty points at the point of purchase.

  • Price Matrix – Establish special pricing for seniors, employees and doctors.

 

Cash Control

 

  • Cash Management – this easy-to-use program allows you or your cashiers to balance their tills at the end of their shift.

 

Till

 

  • Till – this full-featured, easy-to-use and configurable application will allow your cashiers to perform all required check-out functions, and much more.

  • Credit/Debit – if you choose, your POS till can be integrated with an electronic payment system allowing credit/debit transactions to be processed directly from the till.

 

Reporting

 

  • Product Reports – a variety of standard reports, such as Items with No Sales and Sales Analysis and Movement reports will help you manage your retail operation more effectively.  You will also receive End of Day reports that will show the total sales  for an entire day, week or month.
