Automatically Adding Refill Reminders

When you set the Refill Reminder option in your pharmacy settings, a refill reminder is added to the To Do tab for every prescription with one or more refills.

1. On the toolbar, press the More > Pharmacy.
2. Press the Rx Detail tab.
3. In the Refill Reminder (days) field, enter the number of days before a prescription is due for a refill to contact the patient. Select 0 to remind the patient the day the prescription is due for a refill.
4. Press the Save button.

Note: Users can override the Refill Reminder option with their own settings.
