Viewing the Reason a Claim was Rejected

  1. Open the prescription in Rx Detail.
  2. Press the Third Party tab. The reason the claim was rejected is shown at the bottom of the tab. On the picture below, click on a field to view a description.
  3. To view a more detailed reason why the claim was rejected, press beside the Status field.

Note: You can also press the More Info button. This button only appears if a message was sent back by the third party.

  1. Press the Response tab.
  2. If the claim has been submitted to more than one third party, use the Next and Previous buttons to view the details for each third party.
  3. Press the Done button. You return to the Third Party tab.
