Viewing the Reason a Claim was Rejected
- Open the prescription in Rx Detail.
- Press the Third Party tab. The reason the claim was rejected is shown at the bottom of the tab. On the picture below, click on a field to view a description.
- To view a more detailed reason why the claim was rejected, press beside the Status field.
Note: You can also press the More Info button. This button only appears if a message was sent back by the third party.
- Press the Response tab.
- If the claim has been submitted to more than one third party, use the Next and Previous buttons to view the details for each third party.
- Press the Done button. You return to the Third Party tab.
