Refusing a Prescription

If you refuse a prescription before filling it, the prescription is deleted completely. If you refuse a completed prescription or a prescription that has been rejected by a third party, the prescription is cancelled. Cancelled prescriptions are stored on the Completed tab with a Status of Cancelled.

Note: For some mistakes, you can amend a prescription instead of cancelling it.
