Label Sunsetting

Our team has been hard at work creating a new pharmacy software solution coming to certain provinces in 2021. With the activation of this enhanced software solution, the ability to select variable label preferences will be disabled. To make sure your pharmacy is fully prepared, check out our Label End of Life Checklist.

Setting Label Type Preferences

Located in the Rx Detail tab of the Pharmacy folder, the Preferences button opens the Label Preferences window for the selected Label Type. If your pharmacy is a Drug Trading banner store, you will also have the ability to Print DT Banner Label Sets.

To set label type preferences:

1. Select More > Pharmacy.
2. Select the Rx Detail tab.
3. From the Label Type dropdown, select either Half Label Set or Thermal Label Set. Depending on the label type selected, you can set the following preferences:
   • Half Label Set
   • Thermal Label Set

4. Select the Save button.
