Adding or Removing Doctor Notes and Alerts

You can enter notes for a doctor. These notes can be seen on the screen and they can be printed on the label set with a prescription.

To add a doctor note, do the following:

1. Open a Doctor Folder.
2. Press the Notes tab.
3. Press the Add button. A blank row appears.
4. Enter the note in the blank field.
5. Select the Save button.

To remove a doctor note, do the following:

1. Open a Doctor Folder.
2. Press the Notes tab.
3. Select the not you wish to remove.
4. Select the Remove button.
5. Press the Save button.
