Calculating Creatinine Clearance for a Patient

The Creatinine function is available in the Medical tab of the Patient folder.

To Calculate Creatinine Clearance for a Patient, do the following:

1. Press the Patient button.
2. Search for and select the patient.
3. Press the Clinical tab.
4. Press the Creatinine button. The Creatinine window opens and displays the patient’s information.
5. Verify and update the following fields: Gender, Birth Date / Age, Weight, SrCr.
6. Press the Calculate button.
7. The window will display Creatinine Clearance and Amantidine Dosage for the patient. Press the Print button to print this information.
8. Press the OK button to save changes and close the window.
9. Press the Save button.
