PharmaClik Rx 2.0 Hot Fix 1
The Pharmacy Technology Solutions (PTS) team has worked to resolve certain identified issues within PharmaClik Rx 2.0.

Fixes

e-MAR Med e-Care
Fixed: Incorrect Admin Time being sent to eMAR Med e-Care.
Patient Centre
Fixed: Re-auth Hold prescriptions not displaying in Prescription e-Verify module (Patient Centre).
diem® premium care App
Fixed: Transfer In prescriptions not showing in the diem® premium care app.
Fixed: The same email address is accepted for multiple profiles when enrolling patients in diem® premium care app.
Vial Copies
Fixed: Drug names are overlapping on some vial copies.
Fixed: When Price on Vial Copy preference is turned on ( More > Pharmacy > Rx Detail > Preferences) and prescription is placed on Hold, On Hold - Not Filled does not print on vial copy.
Fixed: When there are Additional Instructions and two vial labels, labels are printing with a black stripe at the top of the page.
Reports
Fixed: Analysis By Drug Report not filtering correctly by date (descending order).
Fixed: The Date Range button in the Sales Summary report is not selected after updating the Start Date and End Date fields.
Fixed: Unfilled Refill report not filtering by condition specified in the Conditions field (Criteria tab).
Fixed: Dosett Grid report missing strength (Strgth), form and manufacturer (Mfr) for every fifth medication.
Prescriptions
Fixed: The Bill Code field resets to its original settings when the bill code is updated for a refill prescription and after it is placed on Hold.
Fixed: Unable to add Transfer In information from the Extended tab in Rx Detail for new prescriptions on Hold.
Fixed: Add'l Instructions button (Rx > Add'l Instructions) is disabled when detailing a prescription from the Audit History window (Rx > Audit History).
Fixed: System Error message displays when refilling prescriptions with Rx Status of either N (Active Government Non-Drug) or G (Active Government Regular Dose).
Fixed: When batch scanning prescriptions with multiple barcodes and one or more barcodes are not attached to the correct prescription, the Scanned Images Review window does not display indicating which barcode(s) Need Review.
Fixed: Sold Date not displaying on POS for dosett prescriptions when the patient pays is $0.00 (Workflow Status = Picked Up).
Fixed: When refilling a prescription that had the LU code entered in the Extended tab and the Special Auth Expiry field specified, the Auth expiry date is not retained.
Fixed: When a prescriber is changed for a prescription with zero refills, the Rx # and Auth Rx fields display as 0 in the Audit History window.
Other
Fixed: Patient Name and Phone Number appears twice in the Activities tab for Refill Reminders.
Fixed: Cancel and OK options not allowing user to exit the History tab from the Ingredient Mixture window.
Fixed: Text font is too small when faxing Adaptation and Clarification Request forms.
Fixed: Nursing Home daily laser labels missing the Qty value for Hold prescriptions and hiding behind the HOLD Watermark.

Fixed: Pharmacy technicians receive error message when performing an adaptation (Rx > Adaptation).
Fixed: AB Netcare batch not including mixture PINs.

Fixed: Shrink Label not displaying the DIN.
Fixed: Canadian Forces third party displaying incorrect Carrier ID of MD (3rd Party > Help); DM is the correct value.
Enhancements

Enhancement: When performing a Medical Condition Search in Medscheck, the text at the top has been updated to "Max 100 records will be returned".
Enhancement: Warning prompt to change inactive bill codes will not display anymore.
Enhancement: Updated validation prompt that displays when filling a new prescription for a drug missing product data with the following: "DRUGTRADE NAME (DIN XXXXXXXX) is missing product information. Add a pack size to the Drug folder Inventory tab in order to fill prescriptions for this DIN."
Enhancement: New email validation window will now display if an invalid email address is entered when enrolling patients in the diem® premium care app.

Enhancement: To support the new capitation rules (frequent dispensing of medication) for Alberta, PharmaClik Rx has added two new capitation rules that automatically calculates capitation for patients.

Enhancement: Updated Limited Use letter as follows:
- Updated instructions if patient meets criteria: "If your patient meets the criteria, please circle code, sign and fax to our pharmacy as soon as possible."
- Removed previous instructions to provide the following information (no longer needed): Patient Name, Date, Drug Name, Medical Reason for Use Code, Doctor Signature, CPSO #.
