Owe Balances

An Owe Amount is created if a prescription is filled when the product's Allocated On Hand Units is 0, or if there is insufficient Allocated On Hand to satisfy the quantity dispensed in the prescription. The Allocated On Hand units never decreases to 0; Owe Amounts are created instead. This means Owe Amounts must be adjusted separately to ensure the Allocated On Hand is appropriately increased or decreased to reflect the physical amount of stock dispensed.
