Cancelling Propel POS Product Prescriptions
When a Propel POS Product prescription is cancelled, PharmaClik Rx keeps the transferred inventory amount. The inventory amount is not returned to the front shop. You must physically remove the product from the front shop to maintain accurate inventory in both the front shop and the dispensary.
If a prescription is not picked up, cancel the prescription in PharmaClik Rx. Since the product is monitored in PharmaClik Rx inventory, cancelling the prescription returns the On Hand to PharmaClik Rx inventory – it does not return the amount to Propel POS Pro.
Place an RX INV sticker on the product and store the product in Pharmacy inventory stock.
