Consultation or Intervention for MMUP Studies Report

The Consultation/Intervention Report for MMUP Studies lists all MMUP Followup consultations that were entered during the specified report period.

Both a Start Date and End Date are required to define the report period. The default report period is the current week.

Four variations of the report are available:

• To generate the report for a specific patient, enter the patient’s name in the Patient field of the Report Criteria. The report will list all of the patient’s MMUP Followup consultations that were entered during the report period.
• To generate the report for a specific third party, enter the name of the third party in the Third Party field of the Report Criteria. The report will list all of the MMUP Followup consultations entered for the third party during the report period.
• To generate the report for all patients, leave the Patient field and the Third Party field blank. The report will list all MMUP Followup consultations entered during the report period.
• To generate the report for a specific third party for a single patient, enter the patient’s name in the Patient field and enter the name of the third party in the Third Party field. The report will only list the patient's MMUP consultations that were entered using the specified third party during the report period.
