Introduction to Scheduling Reports

The Report Scheduler Wizard located in PharmaClik Rx Reports provides the ability to schedule reports that will be generated automatically. Reports can be scheduled to run either on a re-occurring basis or only once.

The Report Scheduler Wizard guides you through each step of scheduling a report.

Note: The Report Scheduler application must be running to generate scheduled reports.

Follow these steps to access the Report Scheduler Wizard:

  1. Open PharmaClik Rx Reports.
  2. In the Select a Report window, highlight the report that you would like to schedule.
  3. Press the button.
  4. The Criteria tab for the report will appear. Enter report criteria if required.
  5. Press the button.
  6. The first window of the Report Scheduler Wizard appears.
