User Access to RxTx Integration
Once users are activated for RxTx integration, they will automatically have access to RxTx integration with PharmaClik Rx. All program features will be enabled and visible for the appropriate user(s) with access.
Credentials for active RxTx Integration users will automatically be populated from the RxTx-Preferences window (More > Counsel > RxTx)
Manually Entering RxTx Credentials
If RxTx user credentials have expired or are not working, contact Canadian Pharmacists Association (CPhA) to reset your credentials.
Once the credentials have been reset, you can manually enter the login and password credentials by following these steps:
- Navigate to More > Counsel > Rx Tx. The RxTx - Preferences window opens.
- In the CPhA User field, type your username.
- In the Password, type your password.
- Select OK.
Result: You will now have access to RxTx integration features in PharmaClik Rx.
Note: Only user accounts with "full access" will be able to enter credentials. For more information on user levels of access, see Accessing the Security Window.
