Managing Med Sync and Appointment Requests
You can manage Med Sync and Appointment requests coming through the diem® premium care app from the following places:
diem® premium care Dashboard
The diem premium care button located on the Workbench opens the diem premium care dashboard. The icon displays the number of unread notifications for new Med Sync and Appointment requests. Selecting the diem premium care button lists the number of unread notifications you have for Med Sync and Appointment requests. Selecting the Messages button opens the diem Notifications tab where you can view all of the new notification messages.
diem Notifications Tab
The diem Notfications tab contains notifications relating to Med Sync and Appointment requests from the diem premium care app.
The diem Notifications tab is located in PharmaClik Rx by navigating to Workbench > Messages > diem Notifications.
Opening Notification Message Details
To open a notification in the diem Notifications tab, simply double-click a row to open the diem Notification Message window containing the following details:
- Date and time message was sent.
- Patient requesting the Med Sync/Appointment or the patient requesting the Med Sync or Appointment on behalf of another patient.
- Patient's phone number.
- Option to print diem Notification Message details is available via the Print button.
